Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within the timeframe stated on our website, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier services, and customs processing for international orders. Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier. We are not able to control delays caused by postal services or customs authorities, but we are always happy to assist where possible if issues arise. Tracking information will always be provided. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the item can be resent. Risk passes to the customer once the item has been delivered to the address provided. Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered complete, and we cannot accept responsibility for loss or theft after delivery. In the event that a parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, we will assist customers in opening an investigation with the courier where possible. However, outcomes are subject to the courier’s policies and timelines. Delivery confirmation provided by the courier, including photographic or GPS confirmation where applicable, will be considered evidence of successful delivery.
