Shipping Policy

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier. In the event that a parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, we will assist customers in opening an investigation with the courier where possible. However, outcomes are subject to the courier’s policies and timelines. Delivery confirmation provided by the courier, including photographic or GPS confirmation where applicable, will be considered evidence of successful delivery.
